Drinks:

- About the Coffee http://aboutthecoffee.com/
- Bailey's Irish Cream (Not local but still very good)
- Dizzy Three Espresso-Infused Vodka http://clear10vodka.com/
- The Lab http://www.lab5702.com/
- PT's Coffee http://www.ptscoffee.com/
- Shatto Milk Company http://www.shattomilk.com/

Drink Recipes:

The Dizzy Martini

- 2 ounces of Dizzy Three Espresso-Infused Vodka
- 2 ounces of sparkling wine (Champagne, Prosecco, etc.)

Pour the Dizzy Three into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist, add a coffee bean and serve. Substitute with 7-Up or sparking water to lessen the alcohol levels.

The Lazy Sundae:

      12 cups of PT’s Coffee
- Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 pint of Shatto Vanilla Ice Cream

Brew 12 cups of coffee. While the coffee is brewing, fill each cup with a scoop of ice cream. Be sure to use large cups. Top each scoop of ice cream with just enough Irish cream so that the ice cream looks lightly coated. When the coffee is brewed, pour it so that each cup is filled up about halfway. (It is then up to each individual to add more Irish cream, half-and-half, or sugar to suit his/her taste.)
