Founded in 2003 after a friend asked "could we provide her some box lunches", eat is a small-scale catering, events and education company focusing on quality ingredients, small plates, unique wines, spirits, beers and out-of-the ordinary service (Maybe a even cigar or local foodie recommendation or two for fun as well)!Locally owned and operated by Julie and Michael Levine, the staff can handle the most high-end private events featuring First Growth Bordeaux, personalized cigars, crystal stemware, white glove service and more to the 200-person backyard bar-b-que complete with cowboy hats, bails of hay (maybe even a cow) to evaluating your wine collection, making suggestions and acquiring the right bottles to complete any enthusiasts fantasy ... and everything in between.
