For those of you lucky enough to have joined us on Wednesday night for the Brunello Dinner at Il Trulo we would like to know your thoughts? What did you like? What didn't you like?
You were able to enjoy some rare Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (One of the Killer B's of Italy)
For my money: 1978, 1980, 1985 & 1990 were amazing! The grape held up perfectly over the years and you can be sure these will enter our "special back room collection of wines"!
In addition, the 1999 is drinking well too! We'll also add the 1997 Riserva to our lists ... Let me know if you want any as they are in very limited supply.
